ADD/DROP/WITHDRAW IMPORTANT FORMS TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS GRADUATION INFORMATION ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION

ACCESS YOUR RECORDS

You may access your records through Self Service via GTC4me (login required) to do the following:

  • Check grades
  • View current enrollment information
  • Print enrollment verification certificates
  • Obtain an unofficial copy of your transcript

PRIVACY OF YOUR RECORDS

You alone have a right to inspect and review your records unless you give written permission for another person to do so. We protect your privacy according to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). Please note that access to student records is allowed for Greenville Technical College faculty and staff members carrying out college business.

You may also access records (with a photo ID) at the Student Records office.

Current and recent college catalogs can be accessed on the Catalogs page. To request access to a printed archived catalog, or to catalogs prior to 2007, please email StudentRecords@iescn.net.
